CHRISTMAS UK DELIVERY

Please expect possible delays due to the high volume of parcels sent during the Christmas and New Year period.

CHRISTMAS & NEW YEAR DELIVERY & COLLECTION SCHEDULE:

  • Monday, December 30: Royal Mail will deliver and collect mail normally.
  • Tuesday, December 31: Royal Mail will deliver and collect mail normally.
  • Wednesday, January 1, 2025: Royal Mail will not deliver or collect mail.

LAST POSTING DATES FOR CHRISTMAS:

  • December 18: Last day to post 2nd Class and 2nd Class Signed For mail.
  • December 20: Last day to post 1st Class, 1st Class Signed For, and Royal Mail Tracked 48 mail.
  • December 21: Last day to post Royal Mail Tracked 24 mail.
  • December 23: Last day to post Special Delivery Guaranteed mail.

UK DELIVERY

We offer free shipping on all orders over £100 (2-5 working days).

  • Royal Mail Tracked 24 is available for £4.25 (1-2 working days)
  • Royal Mail Tracked 48 is available for £3.39 (2-3 working days)
  • Royal Mail Special Delivery is available for £8.75 (Guaranteed by 1 pm the next working day for orders placed before 3 pm, or by 10 am on Saturdays)
  • DPD UK is available for £4.99 (1-2 working days)
  • Evri is available for £3.50 (2-4 working days)
  • Evri Next Day is available for £4.25 (1-2 working days) if ordered before 11 am

As soon as we dispatch your parcel, we'll send you the relevant tracking information, which you can access via the selected courier’s website.

Please note that during peak seasonal times, parcels may experience delays beyond the usual timeframe, which is out of our control. However, we will always keep you updated if there is a significant delay.

We aim to dispatch all orders on the same working day if placed before 3:00 pm, Monday to Friday (or by 10:00 am on Saturdays). However, during seasonal peaks, please allow up to 2 working days for dispatch. If you require further information, please contact us at 01270 624734.

NON-UK DELIVERY

All products are shipped from the United Kingdom. As the United Kingdom has now left the European Union, this means the end of the free trade agreement. Customers within the EU will now have duties and taxes to pay in addition to their purchase.

RESTRICTIONS & IMPORT TAXES

  • If your order is over £135/€150, and we are able to send your items Delivered Duties Paid (DDP), this will show at checkout.
  • All other items will be sent Delivered Duties Unpaid (DDU) and may incur additional import fees by your country, which are out of our control.
